PLAYGROUND MAINTENANCE
Every homeowners association has their due diligence in providing a clean and safe playground environment for their community. It is recommended that all communities maintain a documented playground safety inspection and maintenance program with a periodicity that is based on the frequency of the playground’s use.
- Monthly, quarterly, semi-annual and annual scheduled maintenance services
- Power wash play equipment, ramadas and amenities with antibacterial sanitizer
- Surface sift and rake playground surface materials
- Poured in place rubberized turf maintenance
- Before and after picture report of all services rendered
- Notify managers of any safety hazards
- Tighten any loose hardware and replace any missing standard hardware
- Comprehensive Certified Playground Safety Inspection included with maintenance packages
- Trash and debris removal
- Graffiti removal
